This website is operated by Munk Media, a creator marketing agency based in Haarlem, NL, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 98097636. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Munk Media" refer to the agency, and "you" refers to the visitor or applicant.

This site is here to tell you what we do and to let you get in touch. The content is for general information. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it at any time.

When you send us a message or apply as a creator, you agree to give information that is accurate and your own to share. Sending a form is an enquiry, not an agreement: it does not create any obligation for us to work with you, take you on, or run a campaign. Any actual engagement is set out in a separate written agreement.

Our marketing and creator services are always governed by a separate contract agreed with each client or creator. Nothing on this website is an offer, a price quote or a binding commitment. Rates, deliverables and terms are confirmed in that agreement.

The Munk Media name, logo, text, design and other content on this site belong to Munk Media (or are used with permission) and are protected by intellectual property rights. You may view and share the site, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use it in any unlawful or harmful way
• Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to it
• Submit false information or someone else's data without permission
• Copy or scrape its content for commercial use without consent

The site may link to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or our booking tool. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those services. Using them is at your own discretion.

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
