Privacy Policy

Munk Media is a creator marketing agency based in Haarlem, NL, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 98097636. We are the controller of the personal data described here. For any privacy question, email us at matisse@munk-media.com.

We only collect what we need. That comes down to two things:

• Information you give us through our forms. Via the contact form: your name, company, email, website or social handle, the track you pick and your message. Via the creator application: your name, email, main platform, handle, audience size, niche and anything you add.
• Basic technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes standard server data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and running.

• To reply to your message and, where relevant, to take steps toward working together (pre-contractual steps at your request).
• To review creator applications and consider you for management or partnerships (our legitimate interest in building our network).
• To keep the website secure and functioning (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms:

• Vercel - hosting and delivery of this website.
• Formspree - handles our form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• Our booking tool (at book.munk-media.com) - if you schedule a call with us.

We may also share data where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid request from an authority.

We keep your data only as long as we need it to handle your request or maintain our working relationship, and no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You can ask us to remove your data at any time.

We aim to keep the site lightweight and currently do not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased
• Restrict or object to how we process it
• Receive your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email matisse@munk-media.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work only with providers that maintain strong security standards.
